Hey there!
I launched North Pine Strategic Wealth with a vision to create breathing room for busy professionals and families by helping them take better control of their finances, align their money decisions with their vision, and hopefully expand what is possible. I wanted to build a boutique-style firm with the freedom and flexibility to serve clients in a way that I believe benefits them the most and to focus on building meaningful long-term relationships. Through all the work we accomplish together, my goal is that you feel like the weight has been lifted off your shoulders with genuine excitement about the future.
As it relates to my background, I bring over 10 years of experience. I started my career on the investment side of the industry designing portfolio strategies, underwriting opportunities, creating plans to unwind large single-stock positions tax-efficiently, researching, and so on. I have always loved the intellectual challenge of diving into complex topics, identifying what is useful and practical, and then translating that into a concise and actionable plan. Over the years, I began to appreciate the importance of understanding the whole picture. No decision is made in a vacuum, and too often there are multiple factors that need careful consideration. Large liquidity events, life-changing windfalls, market volatility, or other big decisions require adequate expertise, steady guidance, and someone who knows you really well.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and always look for ways to improve my skills and knowledge. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ Professional (CFP®), CFA Charterholder, and CAIA Charterholder. I prefer a practical, straightforward, no-nonsense approach to communication and how I serve clients. I believe it makes everything a bit easier.
